The Bar des Bassans: a moment suspended in time
In the former Manoir du Sphinx, the Bar des Bassans celebrates the art of the cocktail by infusing it with the soul of Brittany. Here, each creation is an iodised voyage, where salt, sea spray and citrus fruits mingle with carefully selected spirits.
Seaweed-infused gin, vermouth spiked with Breton citrus fruits, subtle iodine touches... The bold, refined menu sublimates marine flavours in original combinations, evoking the power of iodine-infused sea spray and the softness of the hidden coves of the Pink Granite Coast.
