Christmas à la carte
For their first Christmas facing the Côte de Granit Rose, Les Bassans invite you to share a festive table imagined by chef Angel Jimenez. Saint-Jacques with black truffle, lobster ravioli, pintade with generous flavors and truffled brie celebrate the Christmas indulgence. Softly, the cake imagined with La Simplicité pastry concludes this moment to be savored together, facing the sea.

New Year's Eve dinner and Christmas lunch
For the last evening of the year, Les Bassans invites you to gather around the Côte de Granit Rose for a festive menu created by Chef Angel Jimenez. Lobster with caviar, truffle Saint-Jacques and white butter Saint-Pierre with combava open the evening, followed by a Rossini beef and a Brillat-Savarin with truffle. The bûche de La Simplicité rounds off the meal, to celebrate the new year together.

The Little Christmas Pastry Chefs
On December 22 and 29, the time has come for indulgence in Bassans. The Bûche des Bassans
For their first Christmas by the sea, Les Bassans celebrates the tradition of the bûche with a creation imagined in collaboration with the patisserie La Simplicité. Served as a dessert at Christmas meals, it adds the final touch of indulgence to these moments of reunion. A sweetness to share to end the meal in the generous spirit of the holidays.
